  • 200 g fresh beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 white onion, sliced
  • Chinese cabbage (or any leafy green)
  • Soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Fresh ground black pepper
