  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 head broccoli (chopped)
  • 12 carrots (julienned)
  • 12 red bell peppers (sliced)
  • ½ pound spaghetti (cooked)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, garlic powder, ginger, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Pour one-third of the sauce into the slow cooker and add chicken breasts; cover.
  3. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours until tender.
  4. Stir in chopped veggies and another third of the sauce; cover and cook on HIGH for an additional hour.
  5. Shred cooked chicken and return to the pot along with cooked spaghetti and remaining sauce; mix well.
  6. Adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
