  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2425 large marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of the pie dish.
  3. In another bowl, melt butter and mix with oil and sugar. Add eggs, yolk, and vanilla; whisk until smooth.
  4. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt; stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into the crust and spread evenly. Bake for about 30 minutes.
  6. Top with marshmallows and broil for an additional 3 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool for at least 45 minutes before slicing.
