  • 2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup finely ground graham crackers
  • ¾ cup buttermilk
  • 3 cups large marshmallows
  • 1 tsp espresso powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp cold butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Butter a baking dish (12” round or 9×11”).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, espresso powder, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract; stir until well mixed.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, graham crackers, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Cut in cold butter until crumbly; gradually add buttermilk until just combined.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared dish. Spoon the topping over the filling evenly and scatter halved marshmallows on top.
  5. Bake for about 40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
