  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until combined. Stir in the pumpkin puree.
  4. Gradually add flour until just mixed; dough will be slightly wet.
  5. Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the prepared cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until tops are set.
