  • 200 g Frischkäse

  • 150 ml Gemüsebrühe
  • 100 ml Sahne (optional)
  • 2 EL Olivenöl
  • Saft von ½ Zitrone
  • Salz und Pfeffer (nach Geschmack)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente; reserve 100 ml of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil and sauté onions until translucent. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  3. Add shrimp and sauté for 2–3 minutes until pink; drizzle with lemon juice and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, combine cream cheese, vegetable broth, and optional cream; stir until smooth.
  5. Mix in drained spaghetti and shrimp; adjust with reserved pasta water if needed.
  6. Heat through and serve immediately garnished with fresh herbs.
