  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • Kosher salt and cornstarch (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, lime juice, garlic, ginger, vegetable oil, Sriracha, salt, and cornstarch (if using).
  2. Marinate chicken in half the mixture for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight in the fridge.
