  • 1 block cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 egg (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by mixing softened cream cheese, Parmesan, mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and squeezed spinach in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Roll out one sheet of chilled puff pastry into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Evenly spread the spinach mixture over the pastry while leaving one edge empty to seal.
  4. Roll tightly from one end to form a log and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice the log into half-inch rounds and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Brush tops with beaten egg and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
