  • 1 box chocolate instant pudding (3.4oz)
  • 1 Tablespoon dark chocolate cocoa powder
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 tubs Cool Whip (8oz each), thawed
  • 1 can cherry pie filling (21oz)
  • 1 box pistachio instant pudding (3.4 oz)

Instructions

  1. For the chocolate layer: In a medium bowl, whisk together dry chocolate pudding mix and cocoa powder. Add 2 cups of milk and blend as per package instructions. Gently fold in half of one tub of Cool Whip. Spread evenly into each pie crust.
  2. For the cherry layer: In another bowl, combine cherry pie filling with half of another tub of Cool Whip and spread over the chocolate layer.
  3. For the pistachio layer: Whisk pistachio pudding mix with 2 cups of milk until combined. Fold in remaining Cool Whip and spread over the cherry layer.
