  • 8 oz flank or sirloin steak
  • 8 oz shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 cup bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.
  2. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil.
  3. Add the steak to the hot wok, searing for about 2–3 minutes until browned, then remove and set aside.
  4. In the same wok, add another tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the shrimp for about 2–3 minutes until they turn pink.
  5. Return the cooked steak to the wok along with bell peppers and broccoli; stir-fry until everything is heated through.
  6. Drizzle with soy sauce, adding salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately.
