  • 3 tablespoons champagne vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (freshly grated)
  • Pinch kosher salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions
