  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square pan with aluminum foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter.
