  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Toss the sliced chicken with cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until golden brown (4–5 minutes).
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant (30 seconds).
  4. Stir in sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and honey; simmer until thickened (2–3 minutes).
  5. Warm tortillas until pliable.
  6. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and top with veggies.
  7. Drizzle optional sauces over the filling, roll tightly, slice if desired, and serve warm.
