  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 box corn muffin mix (8.5 oz)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp honey (divided)
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the corn muffin mix, both types of corn, sour cream, melted butter, eggs, salt, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix until just combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 45–50 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In the last 5 minutes of baking, drizzle the remaining tablespoon of honey over the top.
  5. Allow the casserole to rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
