  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 8 sweet Hawaiian slider buns
  • 1 cup broccoli slaw
  • 1 tablespoon crushed peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  2. Add minced garlic and sesame oil; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Combine ketchup, hoisin sauce, water, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sriracha in a bowl. Pour over the beef mixture.
