  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for brûlée topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.
  2. For the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into cupcake liners.

  4. Pour cheesecake batter into each liner about 3/4 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes until centers are slightly jiggly.
