  • 3/4 cup unsweetened nondairy milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1/2 batch teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, nondairy milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Set up a breading station with Panko breadcrumbs in a lipped plate.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring even coverage before dredging in Panko.
  5. Place coated wings on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes; flip and bake for another 15 minutes.
  6. Dunk each wing in teriyaki sauce and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
