  • 2 juicy oranges (zest one)

  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
