  • 4 organic raspberry leaf tea sachets
  • 3 medium organic peaches, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup light honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 7 ½ cups purified water (4 cups for brewing tea + 1 ½ cups for mixing + ice cubes)

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 cups of purified water in a kettle. Once boiling, remove from heat and steep the raspberry leaf tea sachets for about 10 minutes.
  2. While the tea steeps, slice the peaches and set them aside.
  3. After steeping, remove the tea sachets and stir in lemon zest, vanilla extract, and honey until dissolved.
  4. Mix in sliced peaches and an additional 1 ½ cups of purified water.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool before pouring over ice in a pitcher. Serve chilled.
