  • 1 cup grated aged Asiago cheese
  • 16 oz store-bought gnocchi
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by chopping garlic and grating the Asiago cheese.
